The OEB has posted Price Comparison templates for Natural Gas Contracts for Utilities Kingston valid from May 1 - July 31 2024.

The OEB reminds consumers that the Winter Disconnection Ban ends May 1. There are steps customers can take to avoid disconnection for non-payment and rules that utilities must follow. As well, bill payment support programs were recently enhanced making more Ontarians eligible.

The OEB has issued a letter initiating a review of the connections related sections of the Transmission System Code (TSC). The purpose of this review is to enhance the effectiveness of connection processes, procedures, and requirements. The letter outlines issues identified to date and seeks stakeholders’ input for consideration.
