The OEB has launched a review of select customer service rules applicable to licensed electricity distributors, rate-regulated natural gas distributors and electricity unit sub-meter providers. This review will evaluate whether the current rules continue to provide effective consumer protection, support efficient utility operations and promote consistent customer service requirements across the electricity and natural gas sectors.
