The OEB has two tools to help you locate public regulatory documents issued or received by the OEB.
Regulatory Document Search (RDS)
Regulatory Document Search (RDS) is the OEB’s traditional interface, providing basic keyword and filter search.
The OEB iSearch™ Platform will be retired on September 30, 2026
The OEB iSearch™ Platform will no longer be available after September 30, 2026. Alternative search tools are available to support users’ ongoing information needs. Examples include Regulatory Document Search (RDS) and public web search tools for external users, and Microsoft Copilot and Content Manager for OEB staff.
OEB iSearch™
OEB iSearch is the OEB's AI-powered search tool, designed to offer an advanced and seamless search experience. By combining keyword and semantic search capabilities, it enables users to refine their queries with advanced filters and effortlessly manage results into sortable, savable, and shareable document lists.
As you explore the tool, we encourage you to share your feedback by email to iSearch@oeb.ca. Feedback from the BETA launch has been incorporated, and enhancements and new features will be introduced in future updates.
OEB iSearch represents the first phase of our BOOST Program, a multi-year initiative to modernize the OEB's core IT and business systems.
