Mrs. Schott is a senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership in procurement, operational excellence, M&A, strategy, and business transformation. At BMO Financial Group, she built a world-class procurement function, led billion-dollar acquisitions, and drove significant cost savings. She also spent nearly a decade leading the bank’s Global Third Party Risk Management practice, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across global operations. Known for her ability to lead change and develop talent, she also oversaw communications, learning & development and change management. Since retiring in 2024, Pam has transitioned to board leadership, serving on the Supply Ontario Board, Ivey Alumni Network Executive Board, and as Vice-Chair on the Victim Services Toronto Board. She brings deep expertise in strategy, large-scale program management, supply chain, and risk management to her board roles. Pam holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and is passionate about mentorship and community impact.
