The OEB has posted the electricity distributors’ 2018 stretch factor assignments for the 2019 Incentive Rate Mechanism (IRM) rate-setting process published in the Pacific Economics Group “Empirical Research in Support of Incentive Rate-Setting: 2017 Benchmarking Update" Report to the Ontario Energy Board.
