The tier threshold for residential customers that are paying tiered RPP prices is also changing. The RPP prices themselves are not changing.

The Global Adjustment (GA) credit set by the OEB on May 1, 2018 is also not changing on November 1, 2018. That credit applies to certain eligible customers, including those that are eligible for the RPP but have chosen a contract with an energy retailer or market-based pricing.
