With the introduction of the Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) price plan starting May 1, 2023, the OEB has developed new graphics to illustrate the ULO, Time-of-Use and Tiered price plans. The OEB has launched a survey to gather feedback on the proposed new designs to help ensure residential and small business customers understand and have access to simple, clear information when assessing their choice between the three price plans.
