Natural Gas Reporting & Record Keeping Requirements (RRR): Section 2.1.10 Exceptions & Amendments

Provides data on a distributor’s list of exceptions to the gas purchase and acquisition policy or practice, accompanied by the total number of exceptions, the associated volume, and their corresponding dollar value. The data also contains a list of changes to the distributor’s gas purchase and acquisition policy, if it was amended during the year, along with explanations for each change, if and when the OEB was notified, and the impact on the number of exceptions, volume, and dollar value. The data in this section is unadjusted for distributor mergers. The majority of the data in this section is collected in textual format. Note that the start year for this data file is 2015.
