In keeping with steps we are taking to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of regulatory proceedings, the OEB initiated a consultation to review our Practice Direction on Confidential Filings. Today the OEB has posted a revised version as well as largely related revisions to the Rules of Practice and Procedure and the Rules of Practice and Procedure for Enforcement Proceedings.
