Recent amendments to the SSSC
3. Amendments to enable electricity consumers on the Regulated Price Plan to opt in to a new Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) Price Plan. These amendments came into force on January 1, 2023 (EB-2022-0160). Electricity distributors must offer the ULO price plan no later than November 1, 2023; those distributors who are able to make it available earlier may do so as of May 1, 2023.
