Allison Duff

Allison Duff was appointed as a full-time Commissioner in October 2020 and previously served in this capacity from 2013 to 2018. An experienced adjudicator, Ms. Duff was an independent consultant with extensive regulatory and internal controls experience and has professional certificates in adjudication and mediation. She was a staff member of the OEB during price deregulation and market restructuring, and also appeared before the OEB on behalf of the Consumers Council of Canada. A former banking Vice President and Controller, Ms. Duff has a Master of Arts in economics and a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto.
