Priority rate design and rate classification matters
This second phase will include an examination of the need for, and implications of:
- Adding a new rate classification for scattered unmetered loads
- Adding a new rate classification for embedded distributors by host distributors
- Eliminating the legacy rate classification identified as “Time of Use”
The review will also include a discussion of whether an additional rate grouping is desirable for larger users in the General Service > 50kW classification.
