Details
The Ontario Energy Board identified a need to review and clarify certain provisions in the Distribution System Code related to expansions, alternative bids, and enhancements. This review was carried out between October 2005 and July 2006. Chapter 3 of the Code, entitled Connections and Expansions, was established to encourage uniformity of approach across electricity distributors.
The objectives of the review were to ensure that Distribution System Code provisions are clear, effective, fair and transparent.
