The OEB issued an interpretative guideline with respect to its review of contracts between the Ontario Power Authority and various generators pursuant to a directive from the Minister of Energy dated June 15, 2005. Board Staff prepared the draft interpretative guideline issued with its letter of November 21, 2005.
