The OEB is taking steps to help protect our staff, stakeholders and consumers with regard to COVID-19. The situation is evolving rapidly and we continue to monitor public health authority websites. We are following recommended guidelines and are taking responsible precautions in light of the World Health Organization’s pandemic declaration yesterday. The OEB is continuing the execution of our work and decision-making with operational changes outlined in this letter, effective immediately.
