Pursuant to section 78 of the Ontario Energy Board Act and subsequent to the issuance of the Board's 2006 electricity distribution companies in Ontario have filed applications for the approval of distribution rates to be effectives as of May 1, 2006.
In order to expedite the consideration of issues common to all applicants, the Board has commenced a proceeding on its own motion to make certain determination respecting LDC CDM activities as described in the EDR Handbook and TRC Guide pursuant to sections 19(4) and 78 of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998.
The record of this Hearing will be derived from submissions by parties, and by interrogatories posed to and answered by individual electricity distributors on generic issues as they relate to an electricity distributor's individual rate application, and by the record of the oral hearing.
