The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) holiday timeout period will be from December 17, 2022, to January 7, 2023. During this period, the OEB will avoid issuing decisions and documents that require immediate action from recipients or plan procedural steps, except in unique circumstances, such as where a delay might restrict implementation of January 1st rates or time-sensitive approvals.
