The OEB’s next step in implementing and operationalizing the OEB Stakeholder Engagement Framework is the establishment of a new standing committee, the Adjudicative Modernization Committee, that can be called upon to provide early advice to senior management and the Chief Commissioner and serve as a forum for informal discussions with industry stakeholders on matters related to adjudication process and policy. We are inviting nominations from the sector as we establish this committee.
