Development of the Regulated Price Plan
Détails
On August 23, 2004, the Board launched a consultation process to develop a new regulated price plan for eligible electricity consumers. The Board posted an Issues Paper and held an open “town hall” meeting to kick-off this process. The Board then issued for public comment a Proposal for the new Regulated Price Plan and held a Workshop in December 2004.
A formal consultation process followed which culminated in the issuance of a number of documents on March 11, 2005 that were needed in order to implement the Board’s Regulated Price Plan. These documents included an RPP Price Report, an RPP Manual, an Ontario Wholesale Electricity Market Price Forecast, a revised Standard Supply Service Code and amendments to the Retail Settlement Code. The RPP Price Report contains the RPP prices that became effective April 1, 2005.
